ADDITIONAL TRANSACTIONS

Should you exceed the allocated limit of transactions for any one month on any System,  an additional charge will be automatically assessed to your account. The charge of $10.00 will purchase one (1) block of one hundred (100) additional transactions which apply only for that month's processing.

ADDITIONAL REPORTS

You may purchase additional sets of your monthly reports at a cost of $10.00 per month. If you wish reports to be sent to third parties please indicate the additional address in the Comments Box at the end of the application. Also include any other instructions
